Well known and much loved, she has over 25 years of professional experience. She is passionate about inclusion and long term rehabilitation of persons with mental disabilities.
Ms Poonam Natarajan: Former Chairperson of the National Trust of India for the Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities. She founded a Center for children and adults with developmental disabilities in Chennai called Vidya Sagar in 1985.

Mr Aditya Vikram Rametra: He is currently the Managing Trustee of Pushpanjali Trust. Aditya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He also holds an M.A. (Education) from University of California, Berkeley, USA. He has been an East-West Center Fellow (2004-05), Hawaii, USA, and a Rotary World Peace Fellow (2007-09), Berkeley, USA
- Mr Y K Rametra: Mr. Rametra has over three decades of work experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry. Later in life he ran a charitable Health Center providing free health-care services to the underprivileged in Chandigarh for over five years. Mr. Rametra holds a M.Sc. Chemistry from Kurukshetra University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade from IIFT, New Delhi.
- Mrs Raksha Rametra has several years of experience as a teacher with the Central Schools Organization. She has also been a Social Worker associated with different Organizations in Chandigarh in the fields of Education, Disability and Healthcare. Mrs. Rametra holds a M.Sc. (Hons) in Zoology from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and B.Ed. from Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi.
