Well known and much loved, she has over 20 years of professional experience. She is passionate about inclusion and long term rehabilitation of persons with mental disabilities.
Ms Poonam Natarajan: Former Chairperson of the National Trust of India for the Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities. She founded a Center for children and adults with developmental disabilities in Chennai called Vidya Sagar in 1985.
Mental Health Professionals:
Mr Gurpreet Singh, Psychiatric Social Worker. Gurpreet did his M Phil from Government Medical College Hospital (GMCH) Sec-32, Chandigarh. Upon completion of his degree program, he joined Pushpanjali Trust in September 2019. He then underwent six months training in rehabilitation with two well known NGOs in Bangalore – Richmond Fellowship Society (RFS) and Athma Shakti Vidyalaya (ASV).
Ms AnoopInder Kaur, Clinical Psychologist. She has done Masters in Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling and Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology. She is also a certified cognitive behavior therapy practitioner and RCI registered Clinical Psychologist. She underwent 4 weeks training in rehabilitation with Richmond Fellowship Society (RFS), Bangalore.

Mr Aditya Vikram Rametra: He is currently the Managing Trustee of Pushpanjali Trust. Aditya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He also holds an M.A. (Education) from University of California, Berkeley, USA. He has been an East-West Center Fellow (2004-05), Hawaii, USA, and a Rotary World Peace Fellow (2007-09), Berkeley, USA

- Mr Y K Rametra: Mr. Rametra has over three decades of work experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry. Later in life he ran a charitable Health Center providing free health-care services to the underprivileged in Chandigarh for over five years. Mr. Rametra holds a M.Sc. Chemistry from Kurukshetra University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade from IIFT, New Delhi.
- Mrs Raksha Rametra has several years of experience as a teacher with the Central Schools Organization. She has also been a Social Worker associated with different Organizations in Chandigarh in the fields of Education, Disability and Healthcare. Mrs. Rametra holds a M.Sc. (Hons) in Zoology from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and B.Ed. from Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi.
